This new paper shows a need for improving C stock and reactivity estimates in riparian wetlands, across catchments and countries and representing them in scaling frameworks. Carri Project is tackling this.

The #CarriProject team finished installation and soil sampling at 2 out of 3 #riparian observation sites in #LakeDistrict. Looking forward to a second visit soon to finish the last installations. Thanks to Prof Phil Haygarth Jess Davies for the support and great field assistance.
