Happy Gelato Day! Every year on March 24th a European country chooses the flavor of the year. For 2023 the flavor of the year is Apfelstrudel, chosen by Austria. A white base with apple pulp, flavored with rum and lemon oil topped with cinnamon, raisins and breadcrumbs. Yum!
