Yes it was possible to wear this armour (15thc BC, from Dendra) for extended periods of battle!
Recent research (see below) concludes the #Mycenaeans had such a powerful impact in the Eastern Mediterranean partly as a result of their armour technology

Central mosaic panel from Ephesus, 6thC AD, depicting a cupid driving a chariot drawn by dolphins.
The tesserae comprise local stone, ceramic and glass. The mosaic decorated the main room of a house near the harbour.

This room displays sculpture from the Parthian Monument, and a funerary monument, perhaps to Arsinoë, at the end of the gallery.

The helmet & sword of Gjergj Kastrioti, aka #Skanderbeg , Albania’s national hero are not in #Albania but Vienna.
