In a 'Town Centre First' initiative, Bailieborough Tidy Towns and BCS PE Department & Sport students planted bulbs around Bailieborough to bring a splash of colour to the town come springtime, joined by Cllrs Sarah O’Reilly & Paddy McDonald and Caroline Brady, Town Regeneration Officer
