#ILEARN is administered across public, charter and private schools. When only 13 of 5,731 school/grade test groups show 90% of kids as being proficient, that’s a pretty strong indication your test isn’t measuring actual proficiency.

It's usually tough to evaluate the quality of #ILEARN's math questions, as Indiana only releases a sample of questions without including the answers. But here's one that we can still tell is pretty terrible.

Some anti-public-education activists have made a hobby out of showing up to board meetings to read sex scenes from books for high schoolers. If their agenda was actually protecting our young adults, their focus would be elsewhere.

Staggering incompetence. In the private sector, a board member would likely be removed for taking the stance they're "not for or against" eliminating 14% of their organization's annual budget. This is not "faithfully executing the duties of the office."
