If you want to lead well you must become someone who serves others. The path to great leadership requires service and sacrifice.

It’s tough right now. We are showing up imperfectly, but we are showing up. We are feeling ineffective, but we are learning and trying. We are insecure and uncertain, but we care deeply. My hope for all educators this weekend is that you rest and feel how deeply you matter.

Moment and momentum come from the same root word meaning moving power. Never underestimate the power of Celebrating small moments because they really do build momentum. That's powerful for the students and even the staff.

Classroom/behavior management or actually classroom leadership, isn’t about being the rule enforcer, but about establishing routines, procedures, expectations, and positively handling conflict. Focusing on what should be done rather than not done will improve classroom culture.
