The last days we've seen a mass exodus of GPS-tagged Spoonbills from the Netherlands. A good opportunity to give you a sneak peak of the new globalflywaynetwork.org being developed by Bastiaan Blaauw at BirdEyes. This tool will help us tell lots of cool migration stories in the future!

Looking at Kirk's predicted trajectory, it looks like many of the young Global Flyway Network #Spoonbills will experience their first major autumn storm along Europe's Atlantic seaboard next week. Not a trivial challenge, that may prove too much for some. We'll be monitoring it closely!
