Hey The Home Depot after not 1 but 2 attempts to spend over $1000 in ur store (after sales talked me into a NEW CC) spent hours of my life NOT being allowed to buy ANYTHING. Think that sounds like a problem? Going directly to Lowes. Oh... the cooktop I wanted is $100 less. go figure.
