Told ya 😎 Instead of a takeover of $HSY, $MDLZ approved a $9B share repurchase program of its stock. Good for shareholders, especially at this price.

I recently removed all drug manufacturers from my selection of high-quality companies. Apart from the issue of inevitably losing revenue due to patent expirations, shareholders in pharmaceutical companies are always at risk of disappointing drug trial results. See $NVO today.

Great minds think alike πŸ€“ This week, I started a small position in the beer producer $STZ at 164.38 because of its low valuation. Today, the latest $BRK.B filing revealed that Warren Buffett also purchased a small 0.47% stake. I was hoping for the stock to go down a bit more,

Just bought a few shares of $ADBE at 387. Earnings were fine, and the valuation reached a point where risk-reward is acceptable for me. Might of course go lower if the AI narrative around the company remains negative and/or if Trump crashes the economy, will probably buy more in

Reportedly, the breakup fee for the Wiz acquisition by $GOOG is unusually high at 3.2B on the 32B deal. From a logical standpoint, the purchase should go through since the company doesn't get any controlling market share out of this. However, regulators around the world are

Bought small starter positions in $DHR at 175 and $TMO at 426 today. The markets are very volatile, but these two companies finally hit my buy price. There are only a few things you can really control in investing. Being prepared with a list of high-quality companies and keeping

104% tariffs on China go live, total insanity 🀯 This will stop most trade between these two nations as long as the tariff stands.

Browsing through Reddit and it’s full of desperate small business owners who are getting hit with massive tariffs and don’t know what to do. What a mess.

My investing strategy is to buy quality companies when they are temporarily undervalued. It's a simple approach, but it requires the ability to buy when the overall market situation looks bad and most people advise against investing. Yesterday, two more buy orders triggered for

So, people are really selling software stocks and putting that money into $WMT, $COST, $PG, $KO and $PEP instead? Have fun πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

I view the recent sell-off in software as a massive overreaction to AI fears, creating a rare chance to buy quality companies at temporarily undervalued prices. I already bought $NOW, $VEEV, $INTU and $TYL, and I'm waiting for more quality software stocks to hit my buy points.
