According to Milesplit (which I know isn’t perfect): 81 teams in Texas have run sub-42 in the boys 4x100m this year. For comparison, in North Carolina that number is 3. In California, it’s 16. In Florida, it’s 23. In 30 states that number is zero. The depth in TX is insane.
