There is so much to write about, but for now. We are thankful to our collaborators, Fisheries Commission GH., FCWC/CPCO and Canoe & Gear Owners Association of Ghana (CaFGOAG) for working with us to break the cycle of helicopter research. We commend Dr. Ife Sinachi - Azuanuka! for her initiatives and our research team Nana KWEIGYAH & Kenneth of Canoe & Gear Owners Association of Ghana (CaFGOAG), Emmanuel of FCWC/CPCO, Kwesi Johnson, J NaAsh, Gabby for their dedication towards a successful data collection phase.
For us at CaFGOAG, the collaboration on the Sankofa: Equitable Fisheries Livelihoods in Africa has been very impactful. We can talk of the inspiration, empowerment, experience, networking, and technical and material supports at the disposal of the association through this collaboration
Following fieldwork last month, Dr. Ife Sinachi - Azuanuka! in a brief ceremony donated some equipment to research collaborators Canoe & Gear Owners Association of Ghana (CaFGOAG) and the FCWC/CPCO to support them in their respective roles and continuation of the ISIPSK research.
