.americanair’s known difficulties to this passenger has included: 1) boarding passengers upon a non-working plane … causing the airline to then have to de-plane all passengers. 2) Not having enough pilots to fly the plane. Serious operational failures.

11 delays for flight #2439 americanair I’ve spent the day DFW International, racing from terminal to terminal hoping for a working plane. I’m one of hundreds of passengers on flight including a 3-month-old, whose first flight has been delayed by 8 hours to date.
