Our shout outs have tripled 😀. Staff complete an anonymous Google sheet & our Parent Liaison & Registrar turn weekly notes into cards. One staff member gave me 💐🌸 for helping to brighten her day with the shout outs. I’m thankful for Dr. Lori M. Bolds for sharing this tip!!
