Get ready for some more rain and wind. Remember, do not enter flooded roadways or fast moving bodies of water and always call 911 for down power lines.

If the wind & rain forecast verifies, the foliage on our trees at this time of the year will make them more susceptible to limb breakage & toppling over. Assume downed power lines are energized. Call 9-1-1 immediately to report the location. Afterward, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000

Gale-force northwesterly winds blowing down the Irish Hills are producing plenty of compressional heating. The PG&E EEC in Avila Valley hit 97°, while Port San Luis was at 86° at 1 p.m. Just a few miles away, Diablo Canyon reported a temperature of only 61°. #AvilaBeach #CaWx
