What is your reason for using Chiropractic? I know personally I can't do another 20-30 years of caring for patients as well as my running/cycling without a healthy spine and Nervous system.

A healthy nervous system and spine is needed to sense what is going on in the world and adapt to it. With poor adaption you start to dysfunction and eventually get symptoms like low back pain.

Monday: Nothing a (Chiropractic) adjustment can't fix.

As part of the continual development of the clinic I regularly attend courses this one a week ago at Heathrow was a fantastic new way of adjusting the spine putting less stress through the patient and chiropractor. I promise my patients I will never stop learning.

One advantage of the rain is we get beautiful rainbows. The picture is my view from my adjustment suite earlier this week. Always look for the positive in life and you will find it.
