NEW: Governor Gavin Newsom sent a letter to the CEO of NetChoice urging him to drop a lawsuit against CAs 'Age-Appropriate Design Code Act' (AB 2273 by Buffy Wicks) that was created to hold social media companies accountable. Group says the law violates the first amendment.
