We now hear from our COP (Chief of Party) Andre Wagner around Community-based Adherence Clubs: What have we learned from two years of implementation? #CaSIPOImpact

.Andre Wagner The stats we can be proud of: 15 districts that we worked in across 8 provinces, 387 health facilities that we partnered with, 7057 Adherence clubs established by end of September 2018 and an amazing 171, 374 patients decanted to Adherence Clubs! #CaSIPOImpact

@HPCA_SA Esmerelda Mitchell's Plain CHC - quick transitioning from facilities to community adherence clubs, started in 2012 with 10 clubs now at 75 clubs with 3 club facilitators motivated by passion for what we do and love for our community

The understanding of communities to what a hospice stands for is being managed well, as many people are starting to realise that hospice is not only a place of death and dying but a place of living well! #CaSIPOImpact

CaSIPO Project it is important to change the perception of hospice as a place of dying but a place of living and impeccable service delivery to communities

The role of #hospices has changed. No longer can people assume it’s just about “death and dying”, many hospices are used for patients to live active, get medication, get emotional and spiritual support and then go home and get on with the rest of the day! @HPCA_SA #CaSIPOImpact
