CaSIPO Project @HPCA_SA Mr Molefe how did you manage to respond to the need for ART and adherence in high volume district of City of Joburg (Zola)- leading a good team and building my own knowledge & skills to optimise the cohorting strategy

@HPCA_SA Sr Bella at Windsor clinic - "a hard nut to crack' provided support to CaSIPO project building on strong foundation of support clubs, initiating over 300,000 patients on ART; started clubs at Windsor herself assisting in cohorting resulted in friendship with Nonkosi

The understanding of communities to what a hospice stands for is being managed well, as many people are starting to realise that hospice is not only a place of death and dying but a place of living well! #CaSIPOImpact

Liz Gwyther (@lizhpca) 's Twitter Profile Photo

@HPCA_SA Zina at St Joseph's Hospice - thought about a place people go to die. New focus on people on treatment to stay healthy; emotionally to learn to live with HIV if people don't attend Sarah will go & find them, change view of people about hospice to live well

Andre Wagner (@andrewagner4) 's Twitter Profile Photo

CaSIPO Project it is important to change the perception of hospice as a place of dying but a place of living and impeccable service delivery to communities

CaSIPO Project (@casipo_sa) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The role of #hospices has changed. No longer can people assume it’s just about “death and dying”, many hospices are used for patients to live active, get medication, get emotional and spiritual support and then go home and get on with the rest of the day! @HPCA_SA #CaSIPOImpact
