lol this guy replied with this and then blocked me before I could say anything 😂 Should’ve taught these kids to get hip shoulder separation, slot the elbow and then be able to launch the barrel I guess. Fusing the body as a unit is BAD BAD BAD😂😂

They say…. “Stay inside the ball” They say…. “Get behind the ball” Then they teach 50/50 at launch. 50/50 at launch makes both of those difficult. Barrel depth is BOTH inside and behind. Forward push is your only option from. 50/50 at launch

Oh they definitely care about how hard you throw ball four. And on the flip side the take away for the hitters is they hit OVER .300 on heaters below 90. And .293 with heaters 90-91👀

My *very* simple case for HLP. At the end of the day, I’m just trying to give you more time to read the pitch🤷🏻‍♂️ #hitting #hittingdrills #hittingcoach #HLP #baseball

How can an MLB hitting coach not know how destructive Javy ‘s arm action is? The external rotation of the rear humerus bone is not seen in ANY high level hitter. It’s right in front of their eyes. And they don’t know how bad it is. Any action they see that ‘looks’ similar in

The levels of self-delusion you have to possess to watch Misiorowski and believe that pitchers throwing "93 MPH" on "slow guns" had the same velocity as this guy back in the 1970s-1980s is insane. Or that Misiorowski's 93 MPH sliders existed in their same form back then. 🙄

It used to be a lot more useful to locate your fastball when the umpire would reward you hitting your spot by calling pitches 6 INCHES off the plate as strikes. Now that doesn’t happen anymore, it’s better to have incredible stuff and hope to spray it somewhere in the zone.
