A huge thank you to the girls from the U15 BB, U13 A Blue, and U13 HL for their help handing out full hockey gear to over 50 families in the Newmarket Heights area. Gently used equipment was donated from Character Community from their SlapShot Hockey Program.that reached out .

Central York Girls Hockey Association are pleased to announce that their 2020/21 Jr Panther Lauren Schell has committed to play NCAA Division III Women’s Hockey for the Oswego State University Lakers in Oswego, New York for the 2021/22 season.

U18A Blue has been very busy this holiday season (pre-lockdown) packing food at the Aurora Food Pantry, and shopping for and wrapping gifts in support of Girls Inc.! Keep it going Panthers!!

The U18 AA team continues its support of 360Kids (homeless youth) and the Hope charity (girls rescued from Human Trafficking). $390 in gift cards for 360Kids and 6 Christmas gift bags for the girls at “Hope” were collected and donated. well done Panthers!!

Congrats, to Jr Panther, Jordanna Connors , on her commitment to USports Nipissing University in North Bay. Jordanna has been able to combine her honours level academics with her passion for the game of hockey. We wish you all the best at Nipissing!

This week, our U11AA team made meals and collected hats, socks and gloves for the less fortunate at the Good Sheppard. The Panthers were hard at work donating 150 meals and together with the YSE we donated 421 meals and a mountain of hats and socks to give some much needed warmth
