The HSE Dublin and South East Improvement Team held a 5-day initiative over 3 months, uniting Enhanced Community Care teams for older persons. Our person-centred, regional model will support the needs of older people & reduce pressure on acute services through learning & collaboration.

The Training2careUKltd virtual dementia tour bus was in Oriel House yesterday. Members of the ICPOP team and other older persons services teams had a brief glimpse into the world of a person with dementia. Some great learnings from this fantastic initiative. Highly recommended.
