Delighted to join the St Basils team in Coventry where they’ve opened a hub for young people facing homelessness 👏🏻

In five years we’ve seen a 55% drop in rough sleeping across the West Midlands, but there’s still so much more to do. One rough sleeper is one too many 📉

In December 2021 we put £1m into Spirit Quarter, part of the Wood End Estate regeneration in Cov, & now people are moving into new homes 🏡

With 33% affordable & as the only region on track to meet our housing targets, we’ve got the best housing record in the country 🎯
