I was deeply honored to be recognized with the Guardian of Victims’ Rights Award by Marsy's Law for Pennsylvania & CVC Chester County Although the state constitution enumerates rights for the accused/convicted, Pa = 1 of only 9 states that does not afford the same protections to crime victims.
