We are in Tennessee this week for the BASS College Tournament on Lake Douglas. Competition days are tomorrow and Friday with 200+ college boats in this tournament the pressure on the fish is intense. Our anglers have had a pretty good practice and are looking forward to tomorrow.

Our Catawba Valley Community College Bass Fishing team had a pretty good tournament today on Lake Guntersville. Our top finishing team was Brendan Vinton and Colby Bryan with 17-14 lbs, placing 29th out of 250 boats. #RedHawkNation

We had an awesome time this morning assisting 150 area youth on learning how to fish! Thank you to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, Riley's Catch, NC Wildlife Resources Commission and Charlotte Fire Department for having us again!

A great performance for our Catawba Valley Community College Bass Fishing team on Thursday in Florida. Jacob Webb and Cabe Mackey finished in eighth place out of 233 boats, and Braylon Carden and Isaac Patrick finished in 25th place — just one place out of the cut for the National Championship.
