Our group is very fortunate to work closely with Ms Elder and her Radiation Safety office at uchealth. She is a great partner in all things radiation safety, a fantastic health physicist, and a champion for safe, quality patient care.

Rebecca Milman, Ph.D., has been appointed to the NCRP_ORG Council, a group of 100 scientists from across the country who develop guidance about all things related to radiation protection. She will be focusing on guidance for patient shielding in medical imaging.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the #MedPhys match. Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and I hope that everyone - regardless of whether you matched this year - is able to embrace their futures and do great things.
