Being an IBA judge was such a joy - from being exposed to a wealth of books I wouldn’t otherwise find the time to explore, to challenging conversations with professional peers. It takes time & energy but is so worthwhile! Do apply because I can’t again 😭🤣 #IBA22

This is such a great award to run with students - of any age! We shadow both the age relevant category and our older students consider the merits of the younger categories which leads to some very interesting discussions! Do get involved if you can! #IBA22 #GreatSchoolLibraries
