I'd say these relief pitchers are locks for Astros playoff roster: McHugh, Osuna, Peacock, Pressly, Rondon and Smith. That's six. If they go with a seven-man bullpen (four starters), that leaves Devo, Harris, and Sipp for one spot. Also, McCullers could be in mix.
