Last week, Governor Tina Kotek visited Grand Ronde to understand our story, the challenges before us, and how we can move forward together. A healthy government to government relationship between the Governor and Oregon’s Tribes is critical to addressing the issues we face.
Hydropower at Willamette River Basin dams is pushing salmon to the brink of extinction and costing families money. The Public Power Council agrees that hydropower at these dams does not pencil out.
