A Planet image collected on 5/19 shows what appears to be leakage of wastewater at the Pyongsan Uranium Concentrate Plant.

Wastewater is seen leaking from the first pumphouse at base of the waste pond dam & at beginning of the waste pipeline on the north side of the river.
