She does it again! Delaney wins her 2nd heptathlon title and picks up her 9th All-Heart honor of her career in the last 365 days and her 4th Heart title of her career!

He gave the entire team a scare coming down to the 1500m, but the big guy gets it done! A back and forth event where he trailed going into javelin and took the lead back with a big throw, after a giant PR in pole vault! Mark him down as a two time champion and 7 time All-Heart!

Breaking an All-American’s school record and beating a 2024 All-American is a big time weekend! 6391 and knowing we left points on the table is great to have in your back pocket PRs in the pole vault and 400m! And several marks close to his PR!

Through some diligent digging through TFRRS, I believe Kenny became the first person in Heart of American history to become All-Conference in both the Racewalk and Multi event! Huge weekend from Kenny with 4 PRs in the decathlon in the 100m, 400m, long jump, and 110m hurdles!

On her 9th event, she earns the 10th All-Conference honor of her career and 10th in the last 365 days! Her first of her career in a true field event!

Scratch that from the record, it was 11th honor of career! She did this moments after triple jump concludes and ran the 2nd fastest time of her life on her 10th event of the weekend
