Genuinely still shocked by the latest horrific Taliban bans. Now they want Afghan women bricked up in their home without windows - just in case the outside world can see them. This is sick. No Muslim society has ever issued this level of decrees.

Taliban leader has banned windows that overlook spaces ‘usually used by women,’ and the world remains silent about this blatant gender apartheid. It is a disgrace that global powers fail to stand with Afghanistani women in their fight for basic rights.
