Very robust day in the weight room today …. Coach Oros and Coach Stevie B were on the prowl helping all the players out with their technique and form …. We will be in the weight room tomorrow …. Everyone should be finding a way to do what you need to be doing to be seen there.

Great day in the weight room with everyone working hard with the exercises that we have incorporated and changed up from week to week … very nice adaptation and flexibility by all of you in your efforts … it is much appreciated … we will be back at tomorrow in the weight room.

Players who show up to offseason workouts only when they “feel like it”, are more often than not, the same players who are most likely to get reps when their coaches “feel” like putting them in!

Congratulations to our own this evening … Brayden and Tyson for taking Coach Greiner yard at baseball practice ⚾️ tonight … they both launched rocket shots well over the fence for home runs from deep behind the plate …their exit velocities were 91.3 … job well done !!

CONGRATULATIONS to James, Gavin and Vaughn for their official signing day at Council Rock North. Well deserved honor for these fine young men and their families. A big THANK YOU goes out to the athletic office for organizing and putting out a great event for the student athletes.

We congratulate Temi Panagiotakis who has recently received his student of the month certificate for the month of March. Great job by Temi for carrying out the meaning of what it is to be a student athlete. We commend him for his hard work in and out of the classroom. Keep it up!

Day #2 of Mini Camp … had a beautiful day on the turf with players full full of enthusiasm and energy … We will be out on turf once again tomorrow … hope to see everyone!
