Did you know that Cal Poly has it’s own 11-acre organic student run farm? Cal Poly Organic produce is student grown and sold at on-campus farmers markets, downtown Thursday SLO farmers market, and Madonna Plaza’s Saturday Farmers Market.

Fifth year manufacturing engineering student Seth Aguilar has been working with Campus Dining since his first year on campus. Now the former athlete spends his time making pizzas at Hearth. When he finds a free moment, he likes to spend it in his garden tending to his crops.
