A North East defendant who placed a tracker on his ex-partner's car and assaulted her was sentenced to a community order for 12 months, with rehabilitation activities and unpaid work. A restraining order was also imposed for 3 years. #StalkingAwarenessWeek

A youth offender, who launched fireworks towards worshippers outside a mosque and racially abused a man, was found guilty of a racially/religiously aggravated common assault. He was given a six month referral order, uplifted from one month due to the racially aggravated offence.
