Class 9 have had a lovely liturgy together this morning for Healthy Heart Day ❤️ we discussed the importance of life-saving defibrillators and then enjoyed a hockey competition against Class 10 🏑 YAS CFRs

Our amazing sports leaders planned a great day of circuits for our Key Stage 1 and 2 children as part of Healthy Heart day. They organised the course and groups of children and were great role models in showing examples of skills and motivation 🌟👏NPCAT Sport

Nursery and Reception enjoyed a work out for Healthy Heart Day lead by our Sports Leaders! We know how to keep ourselves fit and healthy and look after our hearts! 💗🏃🏻‍♂️NPCAT Sport

Year 5 have enjoyed their Healthy Heart Day in aid of the CPAD IB Fund Fund ❤️ They had an energetic warm up to their PE lesson, participated in 6 circuit stations outside with the sports leaders and also entered the healthy heart art competition 💜 NPCAT Sport

Our sports leaders worked with St. Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Primary School to plan a range of activities for classes and they also recorded a work out for everyone to join in for Healthy Heart Day

Today Y1 have learnt about our hearts and how to keep them healthy. We also learnt about the work of CPAD & how our donations will help our community. We gathered together in prayer to pray for those who are poorly and we made a promise to God to care for our bodies.
