The ICC is different from the ICJ genius. I am calling for sanctions against the ICC. And it would not be for the first time in history. The US government previously sanctioned the ICC. Suggest you get a grip.

I’m suggesting that the ICC is violating its founding principle of complementarity, is violating the Oslo accords, has distorted its territorial jurisdiction and has laid out false evidence in order to get Israelis into the dock.

You really should try to keep up. Israel does recognise, and is a state party, to the ICJ.

You may know that but I do not. I know that the ICJ can issue a non-binding advisory opinion as is the case with this one on Israel. It can also issue a binding advisory opinion and a judgement, which is also binding. Enjoy those gymnastics if you can get your head round them.

I’m not sure you’re doing much thinking at all. The Rome Statute of 1998 is nothing to do with the ICJ; it is the founding statute of the ICC. The ICJ was founded in 1945 & Israel has been a state party to the court since 1949.
