🚨 BOI Injunction Lifted 🚨 A federal court lifted the nationwide injunction on BOI collection, citing a Supreme Court ruling. FinCEN’s new deadline: March 21—but a House-passed bill aims to extend it to Jan. 1, 2026. A Senate companion bill is now introduced.
