We wish everyone a meaningful as we remember those who lost their lives in service of our country and our highest foundational ideals. We also rededicate ourselves to building a world without war and an America that always lives up to those ideals abroad and at home.

Just spoke with PIX11 News about the need for increased funding for NYC Parks. The support is necessary to adequately pay and hire staff, who provide essential work of maintenance, rules enforcement, wildlife protection & more. Our ask is reasonable: 1% of City budget for parks.

We had a great time hosting Bike Day in District 36! Together with bicycle enthusiasts and advocates, we cycled around the neighborhood and held a day of advocacy for building the long-overdue Bedford Avenue protected bike lane.
