Where do you begin with Kalen Meyer. Leadership, Work Ethic, Toughness, Determination, Preparation. These words don’t say enough when explaining Meyer. His impact on this program has been incredible. He will end his career as a 3X State Qualifier, 2X Place Winner. Proud of him!

Tonight we travel to Sheldon for our first night of Siouxland Confence wrestling. Wrestling starts at 6pm. We will wrestle Sheldon 1st round and will wrestle MOC-FV 2nd round.

Due to weather conditions, we will not be traveling to Emmetsburg for the wrestling tournament tomorrow.

We had a great turnout for Day 1 of our Lyons Den Wrestling Camp. It is great having Nelson Brands and Cobe Siebrecht show technique for our kids!
