Some of the best leaders understand the value of fostering an environment where their staff feel comfortable disagreeing with their leader. By encouraging & embracing disagreement, leaders can unlock the potential for growth, innovation, & better decision-making in their team.

This is very worth while remembering for the next two weeks…
