Oreo had a mini stroke last week. 😢 His back legs are weak, but working. Can't run/jump so we'll work on it. Since I have personal experience, I'll coach & Al's cheerleading. 🐊📣 Pawsitive thoughts & good vibes are welcomed. He was there for me, I'll be there for him. 🐾💞🥰

Since Oreo isn't allowed on the sofa right now, I put blankets down on his two favorite floor sleeping spots. He loves to spin around & make a nest, but he's been unable to do that. I got up this morning & found TWO nests!! 👀🎉🥲💜

Finally got my act together & got a much needed Target delivery today. Thankfully Oreo's feeling more independent. (ex - I can go to the bathroom by myself again. 🤭) My order included blueberry cheesecake ice cream because of its medicinal value. 🍨 Right? RIGHT?! 😁

Had a follow up with the vet today & per Dr. Joel, Oreo's an all star patient! ⭐️ His back legs are getting stronger & he's moving much better. Dr. Joel knows Oreo's not a wild man, so I'll watch & see what he's comfortable with. In summation, woo hoo!!! 🙌🥰

Big day - Oreo had a bath! 🛁 He stands on his hind legs in the sink with his front legs on the divider. I was nervous & prepared to bail if need be. Oreo got washed top to bottom, dried & given more chicken jerky treats than usual. Obviously! 🤭 So proud of him! 🥲🙌🙌🎉
