Absolute blast hosting the amazing Melissa Fishel to visit the The Halbrook Lab at UCI Charlie Dunlop School of Biological Sciences and UCI Cancer Research Institute of UC Irvine. We planned lots of great science moving forward, and hopefully provided a good OC experience despite the rain!

Taryn rocked her poster at the #KSTumorMetab24 this week. What a blast, thank you Rushika M. Perera DeNicola Lab and David for organizing!

Seth literally worked through recovery from brain surgery to finish his projects. My move during the pandemic limited us to communicating virtually, I only found out about his condition third party. He had never brought it up with me and kept working through it. Truly a legend.

Was an absolute blast having Laura DeLong Wood out for the UCI Cancer Research Institute seminar series to share her cutting edge insights on the striking heterogeneity in pancreatic cancer pre-cursor lesions. Can’t believe we forgot to grab a photo, guess you will have to come back to OC!
