Ongoing chaos at 311 Prospect Ave, outdoor loud parties every night past midnight, open alcohol on the street, cars double-parked & on sidewalks blocking pedestrians. Yesterday Party Tonight another party! Residents can’t sleep. Please take action NYPD 72nd Precinct @NYC311 NYPD NEWS.

Several vehicles at 311 Prospect Ave, Brooklyn, are fully covered with tarps, blocking plates & inspection stickers, illegal in NYC. Many appear unregistered and haven’t moved in a long time. They’re creating safety & parking issues. Please enforce and ticket/remove. NYPD 72nd Precinct
