We are working multiple crashes along westbound Interstate 40 in between the Desert Oasis Rest Area and east of Hector Road. The #2 (slow lane) will be closed in certain locations. Remember to move over or slow down for emergency vehicles at work. Stay safe!

**I-15 TEMPORARY CLOSURE** All NB lanes of I-15 near mile marker 133, south of Baker are currently closed due to a commercial vehicle fire. All NB traffic will be rerouted back south at Zzyzx Road. Fire crews are estimating 3 hours to contain the fire. SB lanes are still open.

**CLOSURE UPDATE** Fire conditions have improved. Traffic is beginning to move slowly through the center divider. The previous closure at Zzyzx Road will be lifted. Proceed through the area with caution. Emergency crews are still actively working to re-open all lanes.

**CLOSURE UPDATE** The #1 (left lane) of northbound I-15 is open. Traffic will continue to pass in the median and #1 lane. The #2 will remain closed for emergency crews to extinguish the flames and cleanup the scene.

Closure Update. All lanes are now open on I-15 northbound, north of Zzyzx Road. Traffic may still be heavy for a little while, please use caution approaching the area.
