1/1 As if time doesn’t go fast enough. All day I was writing 07/02/20 - only because a month today our next group of students will have landed in The Gambia. We are super excited to see the changes this trip will make to another group of incredible young people.

2/2 Unfortunately though it looks like Brussels Airlines are going to charge us for the changes made to our group booking! This has never happened before which is why I had no hesitation in booking with them again. This action will only affect the people who really matter here.

Trying to order self inflating airbeds from Decathlon UK for Africa next week. The site has issues at the minute and I was supposed to get a call back last night to let me know what was happening. Nearest store 3 hours away and no stock in store! #disappointing

From Monday ALL pupils should wear school uniform and bring PE kit to change into. While we won’t yet be using our changing rooms we have adapted our gymnasium for the Girls to use and a section of the Sports Hall for the Boys.

Dear Brendan O'Hara MP how lovely to see your letter of commendation to Hermitage Academy today but please remember some other schools in your constituency also do some amazing global citizenship work. We have had 4 groups of students travel to Gambia, a life changing trip for some.
