Our paper demonstrating an approach to CHIP curation in large datasets is now out in Blood (Blood Journal)! 🩸 We identify CHIP in >500,000 individuals and show how common challenges such as sequencing artifacts and germline variants can be addressed. ashpublications.org/blood/article-…
