Cedar Falls CAPS associates spend a significant amount of time working on a real-world project. This semester is no exception. All 4 Careers teams have been developing solutions for their clients. Additionally, associates have been working hard on their resumes as they finish strong.

Cedar Falls CAPS Careers was hard at work yesterday at Hartman Nature Reserve. We spent our team time hauling mulch and patching the trails. It was a nice afternoon to serve our community. Proud of these associates and appreciated the fun they had while working hard. 🌳🚶‍♂️🌳🚶🌳🚶‍♀️🌳

Final meeting today with this CAPS Solutions team. Loved hearing the stories of struggles this team went through along with all the #DurableSkills developed as they worked on their project. The growth is amazing. Started as strangers ended as family. #AuthenticLearning

Our semester is coming to a close. Earlier this week, our Cedar Falls CAPS Careers team tuned into 6th Grade pitches at Aldrich Elementary, and delivered their final presentations. We even had a little end of semester KaHoot! It's been good week seeing how far they've come. CAPS Network

8 years ago Griffin was part of the original Cedar Falls CAPS cohort. He, along with 12 other trailblazers, embarked on a journey that ultimately changed the landscape of what's possible in education. Out of our coincidence we ran into each other at kne of our host sites. #BakersDozen
