Our new study in Nature Communications is published! Given the heterogeneous and multifocal nature of primary, localized PCa, we sought to identify the ‘biologically dominant’ clone or focus that gives rise to metastasis in the lymph nodes. 🔬

The Phase II GemBCG trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center & Hartford Hospital is nearly complete and continues to look like an exciting combo & will be further tested in the upcoming BCG-exposed NMIBC Phase III RCT of GemBCG vs. re-treatment with BCG (current SOC); National Cancer Institute Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology 3/n
