Christmas Eve we open at 7am with a coached WOD at 7am and 9am and Spinning at 10:15am. If you cant get to any of those sessions then the WOD can be done at 8am, 10am and 11am. If you turn up to those times there will be coaches on hand to get you set-up and ready to go.
