A super transition afternoon where we got to be in our new classes and meet our new teachers. Our new EYFS children enjoyed a picnic lunch with their parents and their brand new (soon to be) Year 6 buddies! Welcome to our CCH family 💙 #NurtureGrowFlourish #TeamCCH

Days like today really shine a light on how our vision enables children to flourish. Y6 dress rehearsal- such confidence and teamwork. CCH Choir Showcase- the talent is unreal. Audience in awe of how well the children sing and perform. Y6 Leavers' Party- flourishing humans! 💙

Final week of term has started with a bang. Our final Learning Champions assembly where we heard the amazing stories of success of 10 children who have shone with our learning gems & shown a super attitude to learning. Tonight, we enjoyed our Y6 production- such talent! #proud
