First Spring meet today, and it's a big one. TRI-MEET girls and boys, North Penn & C.B. South. First race schedule to go off at 3:30 but maybe a bit sooner if possible.

First invitational of the season tomorrow. Girls & Boys head to CRN for the Kiwanis Invite. 9:30am start time.

Freshman 4x100 Penn Relays Trials today. 1st Race 4:30pm @ Hatboro Horsham High School. 24 teams racing for 9 spots at the Penn Relays. Good Luck Freshman squad!

The boys freshman 4x1 just misses the "q" for the penn relays final. Running a 47.23, which is a 1 second PR to take 10th. Top 9 advance. The girls take 14th.

Tomorrow, 4/12, the girls and boys are back at it. Heading back to the Cardinal invite at Upper Dublin for our 2nd year, hoping for the same success. The field starts at 4pm, track at 4:30pm.

West Takes on Pennridge today. Girls at home, Boys will be heading up the hill. Let go!
